Our mission is to improve our skills and develop the art of photography.

Newport Guild members are a part of a welcoming and inspiring community for photographers. Our goal is to provide engaging programs, opportunities to network with fellow photographers, and venues to showcase members' work in galleries and community spaces. We are committed to helping members strengthen their skills, explore their creativity, and grow in the art of photography.

Members enjoy participating in:

  • We meet September to June to listen to and participate with speakers discussing a topic related to photography. Our member dues fund these speakers.

  • Member images are submitted digitally and/or in print to be viewed by the group and other members of the community.

  • The guild holds an annual holiday party to socialize with other members and share images with the group. Additionally, an annual picnic is held for members to get together socially during the warmer months.
